Staff Appraiser - The Trice Group

Union Bank & Trust, Residential Reviewer

Union Bank & Trust is looking for qualified candidates for a Residential Appraisal Reviewer position in the Richmond area.


This position is primarily responsible for ordering and reviewing residential real estate appraisals.


Additional duties may occasionally include performing residential evaluations and validations, and reviewing environmental assessment reports.


Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively work with external appraisers, and internal bank staff.


Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience is required.


One to three years of experience in an appraisal department/firm or in real estate lending is required.


Residential fee appraisal experience is strongly preferred.
